A large part of what our providers do is provide psychiatric medication management; we prescribe medication to treat mental health symptoms and then Integrated Psych monitors possible side effects and ensures patients are comfortable with the treatment plan.

When you make a first appointment at Integrated Psych, you will be asked to fill out new patient paperwork. We will run labs, review your medical history and discuss your current symptoms with you. Once a diagnosis is made, the provider will discuss treatment plans with you.

Many psychiatric issues and symptoms can be treated with prescription medication. We monitor side effects, possible interactions with other medications and overall effectiveness.

Because medications affect individual brain chemistry in different ways, not everyone responds well to medication. The provider at Integrated Psych works with you to find a medication that fits your needs. Med management is a team effort, our providers and patients work together to monitor effectiveness and meet wellness goals.
