Shantell: Employee Highlight

If you have been to Integrated Psych, you know Shantell. She is multitalented and you’ve either seen her at the front desk or talked to her as part of the Clinical Research team. We are happy to have Shantell! She is loved by her coworkers for being reliable and helpful; she is loved by our patients for being caring.

“She is always willing to help others when they are in need. Shantell not only does her job well, she always makes patients’ needs a priority,” said Front Desk Lead Missy. Sitting side by side at the front desk, Shantell and Missy spend a lot of time together. “She is easy to get along with!”

Integrated Psych has set five core values for the company. We talk about them. We refer to them when making decisions and evaluating procedures in our clinics. Shantell always refers back to “We care about our patients’ needs” and makes sure we land on a resolution that matches that guideline.

Besides her committment at the front desk, Shantell spends time with Integrated Clinical Research as a Research Assistant. Laura, Director of Site Operations, appreciates Shantell’s work as well. “ She’s a problem solver and is eager to learn.”
