Tyler Patten, APRN, FNP-C
Tyler brings a wealth of experience to Integrated Psych, with a career in the medical field that began in 2009. He has worked as a CNA, MA, RN, and now as a dedicated Nurse Practitioner. Tyler holds bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Nursing, and earned his master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric and Mental Health from Walden University. His background includes working as a nurse in dialysis centers, home health, and on an inpatient psychiatric unit. He currently provides care as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Integrated Psych.
Tyler finds his work in mental health deeply rewarding, as it allows him to support individuals on their journey to wellness. Having personally experienced mental health challenges, as well as those of close family members, he understands the significance of a trusting, supportive relationship with a healthcare provider. He is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, valued, and empowered to thrive.
Outside of work, Tyler cherishes time with his wife and five children. You’ll often find him on the sidelines cheering them on at various activities or enjoying family adventures in the great outdoors. Whether it's camping, rock climbing, backpacking, scuba diving, or hiking, Tyler values the opportunity to create lasting memories with his loved ones.
